Communicating with Liz is a breeze, and Chris goes through everything thoroughly and explains concerns in a very easy to understand manner both on site and in the report. He helped us understand the scope of work expected to correct anything needing repair. The report is easy to understand, with pictures of the home, written explanations and recommendations.
