Unprofessional Handling of Earnest Money Deposit Keith Harris primarily handled the sale of a home in Perkins, OK, through his business. We went under contract using USDA financing. The appraisal came back at full value, but the USDA required specific property updates before approving the loan. Keith was unwilling to make those changes for various reasons. As a result, we couldn’t proceed with financing and had to withdraw from the contract. On the escrow company’s recommendation, I contacted Keith to discuss returning my earnest money deposit. During this time, I asked the escrow company to resend the purchase cancellation contract. I held off signing it until I heard back from Keith, as I expected to negotiate applying part of the deposit toward any fees. He ghosted me for six weeks,

Had a great experience with Arche and Autumn! They keep up with the maintenance of their properties, and any other maintenance requests we made were addressed/fixed within a couple of days or less! They were so helpful at making my roommate and me (first-time renters) comfortable and prepared for the responsibilities of keeping up a home. I couldn't recommend them enough!
