Brooks At Stillwater

I had a fantastic experience at Brooks at Stillwater! The community is beautiful and the amenities are top-notch, but what really made the difference was the incredible service. A nice young lady named Rylie helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such genuine helpfulness these days, and she made the whole process so easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a great place to live in Stillwater with a staff that actually cares, I highly recommend checking this place out. Ask for Rylie she’s the best!

I loved living here! The staff made it so much better. Rylie is the best! She’s really good at explaining things to me when I have questions. Josh has also done a fantastic job of keeping the property clean. Bravo to you two.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well kept, the environment feels safe, and any maintenance or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Rylie and Blakeley — they are both AMAZING. They’re always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.

I’ve honestly had a good experience living at The Brooks. The apartments are nice and modern, and having a washer and dryer in the unit is such a lifesaver. The setup works really well for student living, and individual leases make things way easier with roommates. The amenities are great too. The pool is nice, the gym is convenient, and there are good spots to study when you do not want to be in your apartment. Being close to OSU is a huge plus and makes getting to campus easy. Maintenance has been pretty quick whenever I have needed something. It can get a little loud sometimes, especially on weekends, but that comes with living in a student apartment. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I came in thinking we were gonna move to Stillwater, unfortunately, plans changed. But I must say, Rylie truly went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. She was so kind and made us feel right at home as soon as we walked into The Quarters. It was a night and day difference from the staff at the other complexes we toured in Stillwater, so bravo!
