We’ve been living at The Vineyard for one month in a 775 sq ft apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s the perfect space for two adults and a baby — comfortable, well-designed, and with a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere.The community truly feels like home. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and you can tell there’s real care put into keeping everything in great condition.We want to highlight the excellent work of the office staff and the maintenance team. They’re always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents’ comfort and satisfaction. I had an outstanding experience working with Victor at The Vineyard Apartments. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Victor’s attention to detail and genuine care for residents really stood out. Since the new management took over, the experience has gone downhill. Residents are now required to use their chosen internet provider, which is more expensive than previous options. Carport fees have nearly doubled with no improvements, and maintenance has parked in resident carports multiple times. We’re also now responsible for servicing our own appliance filters, something that used to be handled regularly in what’s advertised as a premium community. On top of that, only one entrance is usable because the back gate hasn’t been programmed, unlike the neighboring complex. I would have recommended this place a year ago, but the service and value no longer match the price.

I recently moved into The Vineyard, and my experience has been excellent from the very beginning. Becky handled my application process, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout. She answered all my questions, kept me informed at every step, and truly made the process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived on move-in day, the apartment was spotless—very clean, perfectly prepared, and welcoming. They even left a thoughtful welcome gift, which really shows the care and quality of their management. It’s clear that the team at The Vineyard works efficiently and maintains high standards. New management company is now requiring us to use their internet provider of choice, despite previously having multiple options, AND it’s more expensive. They are raising the price of carports by nearly double, something that cost them nothing and isn’t getting improved. The maintenance crew has also parked in our carports numerous times! Also with previous lease management we would have our appliance filters serviced regularly. Now we’re told to service our own equipment in a premium apartment. There’s also only one entrance cause they refuse to program the back gate, unlike the apartment complex adjacent to them. Would have recommended this place a year ago but service has greatly declined and they’ve gotten greedy.
