The Villas at Fairway 45342

I recently moved into the Villas at Fairway and have nothing but great things to say. The leasing office staff are all super friendly and have made myself and my two sons feel so welcomed. Both of my boys honestly look forward to visiting the clubhouse just to say hello. The maintenance team are super accommodating and helpful with anything I may need. I honestly feel like I live in a hotel the hallways always smell great, they are cleaned multiple times a week, the landscaping outside is so well kept, and the best of all I don’t feel like I live in a building because it is so quiet. I couldn’t have asked for anything more than a great complex, nice neighbors, and a place that truly feels like home.

We had a great experience at the Villas at Fairway, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bonnie! She showed us the apartment and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout the tour. We submitted our application the same day, and now, a little over a week later, we’ve officially moved in. Bonnie also did our move-in inspection and was just as kind and helpful as the first day we met her. She even helped me through parts of the application process. Overall, she was professional, charismatic, and truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Bonnie!

Poor Service, No Communication, Avoid this Property NOW. I liked fairway very much before the change of concierge because of the friendly staff and environment. However------- First, I was charged about $800 for replacing a damaged TV (damaged by my friends) at the clubhouse this May, and I told them right after that I am willing to pay for the damage. However, I was never informed of the process they went through with the TV. Only when I saw the deduction in my bank account did I know they charged me directly. Zero communication was conducted between the dates. When I asked why the TV was so expensive, quoted the concierge: "because this is a luxury property". Moreover, the office never responded my emails asking for an invoice, and never sent me one. I moved out in September 2021, today

I stay in apartment 1219. I’ve been here since 2023. Yes have many raised service requests regarding leak from the ceiling during the rainy season and few minor fixes here in there but the response from the maintenance and leasing office is of great help quality. I’m satisfied tenant to say the least. Everyone here is polite. Its a pretty good neighbourhood.

Louie and Marvin are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!! Professional Expertise, Friendly & Great Customer Service. Very fast and attentive in fixing my broken clothes dryer. They really care about the tenants, the property and the community as a whole. Always willing to go the extra mile.. and that’s one of the many reasons that I love life at The Villas at Fairway.
