I would not give the place ANY STARS. Management is HORRIBLE! Requests for maintenance are very often ignored. Up keep of the surroundings are HORRID. Their response to clearing up the snow is TOTALLY ABYSMAL. No one should live here but here we are. Now let me comment on the tenants. Some of the tenants are dirty and filthy. The dumpsters are picked whenever they are picked up but these tenants throw thrash on the road instead of throwing it at the designated area. This place is just a MESS!

I lived at Aspen Court from June 2016-June 2020 and it was very bittersweet when I had to move due to personal circumstances. I LOVED living here. I had the 1 bedroom w/ den and it felt like a mini house- not an apartment. Not only was the apartment huge, I never heard my neighbors, and I always felt safe. The grounds at the community are gorgeous, complete with a beautiful walking path that leads to a lovely park. I looked far and wide, for the location, you aren’t getting the value anywhere as you are here! Also, in 4 years my rent wasn’t even raised $100 in total! The rent increases were around $15 a year, and despite no one liking a rent increase, it felt very fair, especially in today’s market. We moved here back in June 2020,it’s our 2nd lease and we are planing to renew it again!! They have great maintenance team we had issues from refrigerator to water heat A/C to carpet cleaning and other small maintenance issues,they always help as quickly as possible. We love our patio view and can not compare this with any other place if we move out…it’s our home not just an apartment. Thanks to Aspen CT team for their priceless efforts!!

They do not take care of their property. The snow happened on Saturday night and the parking lot is still covered in ice and snow on Tuesday afternoon. The cheaper apartments next door have had their lot plowed completely since Sunday morning. I have fallen on ice outside of my building in the past due to this and I do not understand why it is not more of a priority. After five years of living here, they still have not fixed our security gate. They do nothing about parked cars that haven’t moved in months with expired plates. Nor do they do anything about the dog poop everywhere or the residents speeding through stop signs. Many people living here do whatever they want because they know they will never be caught. Stay away! TERRIBLE staff and extremely OVERPRICED A family member of mine has been living here since 2021 and the units themselves are overall nice but extremely poorly kept. Any interaction with the staff whatsoever (from maintenance all the way up to the property manager Lawrence) are always unpleasant and most of the time a complete waste of time as your service request or questions/concerns will very often be disregarded or downplayed. In 2022 someone was shot and killed on the property over a dispute between non residents. We went to the office to raise our concerns to try and upgrade security measures like maybe using the gate that is already in place (but stays upright so defeats the purpose) to allow only tenants in by using the issued key fobs.
