Pleasant View Gardens

I lived here for three years and overall had a good experience. The amenities are a big plus — the fitness facility and pool are well maintained, and the location is very convenient. The maintenance team was also responsive and helpful whenever issues came up. The main downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so noise can sometimes be excessive depending on your neighbors. Overall, it’s a solid place to live, but sometimes noise is an issue.

As an international student, the leasing process can be challenging, but my experience at Pleasant View Gardens has been excellent thanks to Natalia Ortega. She was professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process. Natalia clearly explained each step and was especially helpful during the payment process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism truly stood out, and I’m confident the move-in process will be handled with the same level of care.

Lived here for 2 years overall had a good experience, maintenance was 10/10 I would submit a request and in 30 minutes maintenance was at my door. The leasing staff was always there to assist when needed and they would always do resident events(bbq) The amenities were great. And the courtyards were always cleaned and taken care of. The cons: you were able to hear your downstairs neighbor all the time. It was really bad. Overall had a good experience, I recommend moving into a renovated unit*

Our maintenance supervisor, LUCAS, is superior at his job and takes it very seriously. During this last two months, he has been very proactive at helping me with an issue in my apartment. He took time to really understand my problem with patience and understanding. His knowledge of his job allowed for him to go above and beyond in order to resolve my issue. I was impressed with his professionalism and dedication along the way. He made me feel reassured that a solution was possible, which allowed for me to become less worried.
