I just got the keys and I’m really excited to move in. The apartment has been completely renovated, it feels brand new! A big thank you to Pierre for his warm welcome: from the very first visit he made me feel at ease and knew exactly how to highlight the things that made me want to live here. With his help, the whole process was smooth and easy. Thanks again for everything!

We just finished our 2nd month living here and it is a wonderful community to live in. Despite being an older property, it is beautifully maintained. Between buildings are beautiful old trees and lots of grass space. The maintenance and renovations really add to the wonderful condition of the property and apartments. The work they are and have put in shows. From start to finish, Pierre has been a joy and invaluable resource during the entire process. His knowledge of the property, compassion, and patience made us feel respected, welcome, and made the decision to move here easy. We are very happy with the apartment, the community, and are confident in the staff here.

I wasn’t even planning to tour this complex—I had been looking at apartments across the street and stopped in on a whim. I’m so glad I did! I met Pierre, who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuine. He took the time to show me around and made me feel right at home from the start. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than I expected. Since signing the lease, Pierre and James have been nothing but helpful. They made my move-in process smooth and stress-free, and they’ve continued to be supportive and responsive even after I moved in. I’m so happy I ended up here.
