Rivercrest Apartments

My Husband and I fell in love with the property when we came for a tour in August. We decided we wanted Rivercrest to be our 1st home as Husband and Wife. Our wedding was 10/13/24 and we moved in 10/16/24. Tara in the leasing office is phenomenal!!! She made the move in process so easy for us! She responds to emails quickly, she's polite and thoughtful. She made my 1st moving experience a great one! I'm truly impressed with Rivercrest and I would recommend others to move here. I met Adam from maintenance today, he installed my new shower head, he was great and worked quickly. Thanks Adam!

Been here for almost 5 years. The apartment complex is clean and well taken care of. Maintenance staff is great and responsive. The salt water pool in the summer is a good place to relax. And, best of all, most people are working professionals so, it's decently quiet. No parties, no riff-raff. The apartments are clean and have character. Great place to live overall. Zero complaints. 5 stars.

Rivercrest has been my home for several years. In all that time I have nothing but amazing accolades to give property management and staff. The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained and offers a resort style relaxing pool. The maintenance and office staff are very friendly and very responsive to maintenance/ service requests. It’s been a nice experience living here!

I’ve lived at Rivercrest for the past 4 years and have had a truly great experience. Maintenance is top-notch—always professional, responsive, and respectful. The grounds are beautifully kept with constant upgrades like new trees, fresh landscaping, and even plans for EV charging stations. In the winter, snow removal is prompt, and they even replaced walking paths that were cracked from tree roots. You really feel like your rent goes toward the upkeep and improvements. The amenities are also a huge plus—pool and grills are always clean and ready to use, and the laundry rooms (including one for pets!) are well-maintained. Parking is free and plentiful, even for guests, and garages are available if needed. Amazon lockers make package delivery secure, and I’ve never had an issue with missing
