Piscataway Park Apartments

My experience with Piscataway Park Apartments was beyond pleasant. They ensured they reached all my living request. They were extremely professional and well organized. I would highly recommend seeing what they have to offer if you are searching for an apartment in the middlesex county area. The apartments are very clean, not to far from any of the major highways . If you need to travel to NYC or Philly. Neighborhood is peaceful. In the staff is amazing. Ask for Carly she was incredible.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Piscataway Park Apartments. Before booking, I was told by the representative, Diana, that heat and hot water were included in the rent and I would only be responsible for cold water, sewage, and trash. This has turned out to be false; I am being charged for all water, and the "included" heat is a major issue. Despite moving into what was advertised as a "newly renovated" unit, the apartment is freezing. There are multiple gaps where cold air leaks inside from the exterior. Even though I paid for a NJ housing inspection fee, the apartment clearly failed to meet basic standards for insulation and weatherproofing. When I submitted a ticket because the apartment was cold, I was told the owner is "managing the temperature" and they didn't think

Rent anywhere else but here. I was a resident here for almost 5 years and it was living hell. The management is a joke. They do not take anything seriously. I had a possum living in the wall of my bathroom for over three years. I had complained countless times. And it was never taken care of. Insects and rodents for a very big issue in this complex. I’ve had to deal with mice and roaches on multiple occasions. On one moment, I was actually traveling and out of the country. Not to my knowledge there was an exterminator that was scheduled to treat my apartment since I wasn’t there to open the door I was charged with a fee. This is outright ridiculous. There is something you can do. It is Nov 12 and the heat still has not been turned on. My maintenance request order has not been addressed. I can afford heat, why am I uncomfortable in my own home? The leasing office told me it needs to be at least 55 degrees or colder outside. The mornings are freezing. I wish I can just pay my own heat bill, I wish I never moved here.

my rating is 1 because I can't choose 0, we were very happy that summer came and we could enjoy the pool here, we pay a lot of $$$ to use the pool in the summer and this is what we found: the place dirty, garbage everywhere, dirty and broken tables as well as chairs, dirty pool water, bathrooms just like everything around them dirty !!! The pictures say everything... It makes me sad that the administration will not take the trouble to put a little more effort and dedication and to show that they care about us as tenants, not just for our monthly payment. I hope 🤞🏼 that my next visit my experience will be better!!!
