Customer Reviews
The HOA does not treat all villages the same, especially Water’s Edge. They are more owner friendly and not so renter friendly. There is a right of way to connect Sunset Blvd to Hughes Rd, but the residents in the back do not want that beneficial second entrance/exit. A self storage place is being constructed by DG with other possible future development along the western corridor of MTC. Convenient to Dublin Park, shopping, and dining. Generally quiet, plenty of parking, but people often drive the wrong way through the roundabout.
Modern floor plans. Two pools HOA is not maintaining buildings.
