I have lived in this apartment for 5 years and it’s amazing with no regrets. The management is awesome and always ready to assist in all ways. Kayla the assistant property manager always with a smiling face 😊😊ready to assist and goes all her way out to render assistance. Environment clean and neat. The maintenance department is superb. On time when you put in your work orders. Jose in the maintenance dept is always on point with his work, at your door-step ready to help and professional, trusted and reliable. The village at Odenton Station Keep up the good work!

The Village at Odenton Station is such a warm, friendly, and welcoming place to live. Whether you’re starting over, moving with kids or pets, or settling into a long-term home, this community truly feels safe and supportive. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are always kind, responsive, and ready to help with any questions or repairs. I was especially impressed with their “Cozy Bar Friday”! They offered delicious labeled treats and a signature hot or cold drink. It was such a thoughtful way to bring the community together — and even offered the chance for a little discount! The whole atmosphere made me feel right at home. Highly recommend The Village at Odenton Station Community Apartments!

Majority of the time I send a request Mr. Jose always come and fix the issue. He’s very professional, efficient and effective with each job he does. I truly appreciate his work and dedication to serve The Village at Odenton Station tenants!

We very happy with Jose services. Reported issue with hot water and heater and he came right away and fixed the problem. He also helped clean my car after the recent snowstorm.

1 of 2 electric vehicle charging stations has been offline for more than two months. I have reported the issue and my concerns were ignored and no action has been taken to repair. If you have an electric vehicle I would not recommend moving here.
