I have lived here for about 15 years. I had decided not to sign my lease. When the new management started, I talked to Cheryl in the office and she was very helpful and told me to please stay and give them a chance. The last five years living here there were definitely a lot of issues. I took Cheryl’s advice and it has been absolutely wonderful. When you put in a maintenance request, it is completed in a very timely manner. We now have someone during scheduled hours to take our calls. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice place in Salem to please check out The View. The Apts are very roomy, washer and dryers are available. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe and welcoming. Management is professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever questions or maintenance requests come up. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like home. The community is quiet, friendly, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major roadways, which adds to the overall convenience. I truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

I have lived here since March and the new management has constantly addressed ANY AND ALL concerns timely versus the previous one. My concerns or maintenance I may need is fixed immediately if not next day. I am so impressed I even renewed my lease to continue on!!! It’s also very nice to see staff’s faces around and the family events they put on for the community as well. It’s definitely turned into Home versus just a place to rest my head. 10/10.

Since New Owners bought this complex... You would not beleive the difference, cleaner laundry room, cleaner parking lot, cleaner trash area. maintenance request actually get done, and it is done asap. I have been here for so many years and so much aggravation here. i was moving out until i heard it was being sold and to whom. this place now has resident managers that actually call you back and are available, the last owners were never around, maintenance request were ignored and never even acknowledged. No more shoveling the sidewalk to get to my car...It has snowed twice so far and the sidewalks are cleared ASAP. The parking lot gets salted several times and is cleared. Great place to live! Me and my husband moved in about 5 months ago and we love it here! Staff is super friendly and always there to help. They keep the complex clean and free of trash.
