10 out of 10 I would recommend. Unfortunately I could only give these amazing people 5 stars. Megan is one of the best Leasing agents around. If you hear bad things about this company stop and remind your self that there’s always two side to one story! This is the second home I’ve gotten from Roanoke Rentals and the quality of their customer service is unmatched in this region by any of their competitors! Roanoke Rentals is my go to!! I plan on residing in their homes for a long time! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!

I recently did business with Roanoke Rentals, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredible—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I encountered zero issues during my rental, making the process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to others!

Be aware they will let you move into a home filled with mouse waste from floor to ceiling. They never disclosed my home was uninsulated or that there was a malfunctioning heat pump. They never fixed my maintenance requests and I had to fight for a year and threaten rent into escrow just to get a deadbolt on my door after a triple shooting 7 doors down. Took 8 months to get that lock. Avoid at all costs. I gave a 56 day to vacate notice and because it was not their "required 60 day notice" they charged me a new full pro rated rent after my lease ended increasing rent by 300$ on hunt Avenue and 10th NW no less. Be warned they will gaslight you and tell you you are "showing your true colors"... when you expose the heinous things people do, it's common for them to act like youre the problem

Was my landlord for a little over a year and I will truly miss them. One of the best landlords I’ve ever had. Timely fixing things and always helpful, responsive and respectful. I really am gonna miss them. I hope my new landlord is that will be managing my home I reside in is as amazing of people as the ones at Roanoke rentals. Megan has been there for me every step of the way. The home I reside in management company has been switched and I was looking forward to residing in there homes for a long time. If I ever need a new home I know where to look. No where but Roanoke Rentals!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this rental company. The prices are fair. My landlord Megan has gone above and beyond to make sure we have been happy and taken care of! (: When COVID hit she helped us get the resources for the rent relief. I can’t say enough good things about this rental company! Any maintenance issues we’ve had have been handled promptly and with friendly and knowledgeable people. We will be moving soon and will definitely miss this house and the rental company! ♥️
