Have rented different properties over the past ten years with this company and never had any problems. They will actually go out of their way like family if you ever have an issue or need anything. They stay out of your business unless you give them a good reason to be in it. This is the only property mgt company that I will do business with!
I have been renting from Jmaxx for a little over a year now. Any issue I have ran into has always been quickly handled. I was happy to renew my lease with them.
We recieved notice a few days prior and the repair people came in the time allotted and were respectful and quick about completing the work.
JMAX has been such a wonderful company to rent from. Always very responsive, follows through with everything! Thanks to all!
I just moved in 4 weeks ago and sure, there were a couple things to repair. Each repair was done quickly and efficiently. Easy maintenance portal. Plenty of follow up. Great management.
