Corey the maintence man has been absolutely amazing. He’s always professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever there’s a maintenance issue. He actually listens, explains what’s going on, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. It’s such a relief having someone reliable who genuinely cares about fixing things properly instead of rushing through them. Corey definitely makes living here a better experience — highly appreciate his hard work!

Corey is so kind. I called last night for maintenance issues. He called me back this morning and fix everything. That needed fixing and also explained to me what the issue was with every thing that needed fixing. Very polite and well mannered. I would want him to come back and fix anything in my apartment. Corey is a great maintenance worker. Always gets the job done with no fuss or major questions. Always leaves my home as it was and cleans up after himself. I’ve never had a reason to complain and I don’t think he’d give me one. I highly recommend having him to work on whatever you need.
