Though we did not work directly with Patrick Wilkinson, he was the selling agent on a home we purchased. From the beginning we could tell that this would not be a professional working relationship, but a challenging process. We would ask questions which seemed to be dismissed or answered with the least amount of effort. In a buyer beware state we did not feel respected and would encourage anyone to be wary of working with him. I'm not a contractor but planned on replacing the roof when we put an offer on the home after my own evaluation of the roof. After 3 different inspections it was evident that he brought in his own "contractor" to inflate the life span of the roof, 5-10 years left. The roof leaked while we were at the closing.

I am especially happy to give this review because I was very, very satisfied with Wei Li Chow as my realtor. She was also very helpful with our financing and closing process. Everything went very smoothly! Excellent agent!

Dan Brugh was our real estate agent. He worked very hard for us. We moved here from over 600 miles away and Dan took care of MANY details for us. We knew Dan was a former contractor and we trusted his expertise as we had to purchase our home by only being able to see it online. He was our ‘boots on the ground.’ He had our best interest in mind every step of the way.

Our selling agent was Kaelyn McElrath. She is the realtor for you! Kaelyn is very professional and knowledgeable. She was there for us any time of the day to answer questions. I can't say enough good things except she is the realtor for you! Highly recommend!!
