Not only are the homes in this community stunningly gorgeous, the agents and builders are so responsive and professional. While the current market has made building homes extremely difficult, Walker Anderson has navigated the challenges beautifully. I trust this builder's quality and professionalism so much from working with them, that I am currently under contract with them. It has been a pleasure so far and I can't wait to see my dream home!

Such a beautiful community with really intelligent agents! The model home looks immaculate and the onsite builders are extremely friendly. Kelly and Steve are so helpful and are quick to respond to questions.

Our warranty issues have never been addressed. We reported our list to the warranty contact several times. We’ve been here 2 years, and no one has even shown up to look at the items on our warranty list. Would not recommend this developer.

I have owned my home since January 2022. The neighborhood is great. The builder is horrible. I would never purchase a home from them again. I have drainage issues throughout my yard that the builder refuses to fix. Water ponds in my front yard to the point I have had to install a french drain to eliminate the muddy mess they created. I have also had to pressure wash the stains on my driveway caused by staining due to poor drainage. Note that you cannot speak with the builder directly. You have to go through a warranty company who will not connect you with the builder. Beware ! Buy elsewhere.
