I just read Nestor Coris’ review. I also don’t like the cigarette smoke in the maintenance area on the first floor leading to the parking garage. Also I don’t like how the game room has several broken pinball machines and the theater room is constantly off and/or broken. It took months for the theater room to be properly used with hdmi input and I chose to live here almost entirely because I thought the theater room was cool and they didn’t charge extra for using it. The screen needs to be replaced since it has several dead spots too. The blu ray option is just gone altogether now. Management also just feels grumpy if I ask them anything at all, not sure why you guys are so annoyed about simple questions whether it be about help with moving in or the mail situation. This is the best place I've ever lived. The Property Manager Maria is the best Manager I've ever had in any complex I've ever lived in. Very respectful and knowledgeable about everything that is needed here. The maintenance workers Jeff, David and Darryl are fantastic and always on top of things that is going on in the property and always show up in emergencies to assist Tenants. The other ladies are wonderful also. I will definitely give them 5 stars. I will refer this property to people i know to come and live here. From Alva and Max

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally document and express serious concerns regarding ongoing issues at The Shirley Apartments in Odenton, Maryland. These matters involve inconsistent rule enforcement, lack of basic maintenance services, unsafe conditions, and general unprofessional conduct by staff. First, the parking garage policies are enforced with clear double standards. There are spaces marked with yellow diagonal lines that are treated as “no parking,” yet vehicles including a police vehicle are routinely parked in these same spots on other floors without consequence.
