The Reva

Applied for a unit early last week and was denied, that’s fine we found a place and that isn’t the issue. The issue is that it has been a week and the $200 holding deposit I paid has yet to be refunded to my original payment method. I plan to give them another week and if I still do not have my refund then I will have my attorney reach out to FPI directly. But fair warning to those looking to apply, maybe don’t apply somewhere that has you pay that much up front to hold an apartment before you’re even approved.

I'm a resident at the Reva Apts. for almost a year now, and I love it here. The residents are very friendly, as well as the staff. Reva is a gated community, and is very safe. Reva is also Pet friendly, the residents clean up after their pets, and there is a dog park. The grounds are beautiful. When there is a maintenance issue, they fix it right away. It's also in a great location on Sunrise Blvd. I highly reccomend the Reva Apartments to everyone. Stephen Taboh

Me and my wife have been searching for apartments and this is one of the most beautiful and wonderful places to live. We worked with Pari and she is kind , considerate and helpful with everything we needed and walking us through the apartment process.She gave us an extravagant tour of the property and was very welcoming. She showed us great hospitality with her customer service. We are so happy to be here and would recommend it others as well.

Outstanding support from Sable (leasing office). Came by to view an apartment and was very impressed by the location and amenities of The Reva. Sable is exceptional! She is a friendly and professional agent who understands when to make herself available to inform you, and when to give you the time and space to think. After my visit, I had a series of follow up questions and Sable was quick to respond.
