Great experience as a senior. The pool was very nice easy to make friends real friends. The location was the best all the shopping we needed just a couple of blocks up the street. The on-site management put forth every effort available to them. Meet our requests. The Community was much quieter than we expected being near Auburn Boulevard. We moved because we had to Moore Senior, Assistance at this time in our lives. Thank you so much Lauren and Shelly.

This apartment complex horrible. For one, this is a Senior community and the parking lot is dark. My mom took a fall one night and almost broke her arm. Secondly, the office staff is beyond words. You can not get a hold of them via phone. You literally have to go into the office to speak to someone. And lastly, watch out for charges when you move out. They expect the apartment to be cleaner than when you moved in. In addition, it seems everyone has a dr. note for reserved parking and nobody follows the rules. I would never reside here!

Moving here was a blessing. We love our neighbors, and our little home is awesome too. Single story apartments. We do have neighbors of course in the same building... but... the way the property is laid out... it is like being in a park setting, with beautiful landscaping throughout that is well maintained weekly. We have a great team of managers and maintenance crew. Lauren and Shelly are both very patient and knowledgeable as they deal with all of us senior citizens day in and out... lol. It takes a special kind of soul to do this kind of work... and we are lucky we have not one but TWO special souls who are working hard to make RR a fun place to live. Jeremy and his maintenance crew are also always knowledgeable and kind. There are several in-house activities to participate in,

Good office staff. Loren and Shelley are responsive and have countless people to support. Rindle Ranch is lucky to have them. Typically it is a quiet place to live which allows for good sleep. The rent is a bit high for what isn't offered , although im sure it is in line with Citrus Heights rentals. More importantly after signing a one year less I think it's fair on the 2nd year and after, to offer 6 months leases. People are in transition as seniors and as elderly, and often the amount of monies change as people age and get older . I would recommend offering 6 month leases after the first year of residency. I know this makes it possibly less profitable, harder for staff and more expensive to maintain the property. Granted, but in my case I ultimately will be searching for a month to m

I love my new apartment! My neighbors are friendly and courteous. I'm enjoying the peace and quiet. It's a great place to be!
