Sierra Oaks Apartments

Hello, I wanted to write a sincere & honest review because, after reading many of the recent ones, I felt they don’t fully reflect the reality of living here long-term. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for 15 years, and I can confidently say that many of the newer reviews seem encouraged or influenced to make the place sound better than it truly is. This complex has been under new management for about five years (if I recall correctly). The current manager is a kind person & has made some much-needed renovations, which I appreciate and don’t want to overlook. That said, in all my years here, I’ve never seen the property managed so poorly in certain aspects. Here are some of the main issues: 1. Trash Area: The garbage area is consistently dirty. I’ve lived at Sierra Oaks Apartments for over a year and absolutely love it. The management here truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance request I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are always clean, and the landscaping is beautiful. Definitely one of the best apartment complexes in the area.

I recently moved into Sierra Oaks and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartments are spacious, updated, and very comfortable. Parking is easy, neighbors are friendly, and the community has a nice welcoming feel. Highly recommend!
