They definitely deserved 5 stars. If it’s possible to give them more stars I would love to do that.My family rented property under their management three years. From the first step everything was taken very professionally. Cindy and Joseph are really doing great job.Application process and approval were very easy. We had great communication with them. They always answered very quickly and everything was fixed in a very short period of time. Unfortunately we had to moved out because owner decided to sell the property.We wanted to rent some other property under their management but they didn’t have anything available in the area where we were looking to move in. Thank you for your great service.Highly recommend this management.

This company is awesome. We were looking for a 4 bedroom and came across one of their listings. In a matter of a week, Cindy had our applications completed and was tentative and helpful every step of the way. One of the best experiences I've ever had securing a rental in my years of being a renter.

My business relation with Joe has developed near one year. Though it doesn’t seem long enough, with my experience of my original agent’s failed dealing with rental issues timely and fairly, Joe is very different. I have gained trust on his property management and felt comfortably recommending his service to my close friends. Joe is good at delivers what he promises, balances fairly the benefit of a tenant and a property owner, and communicates well on what’s happened and going to happen. He becomes such a great help to me that I can sleep tight and not to worry about remote property managing now.

Joseph has been managing my Sacramento property for more than 8 months now. He is refreshingly honest and professional in all his contacts with me. He got the property rerented within the first week he had it.He provides a monthly statement and makes deposits timely. He handles repairs using his contacts and costs are very reasonable.
