Absolutely fantastic office space to work in; the building staff are all professional and polite, the facilities are kept consistently clean, and there are even snack machines and break rooms. Friendly community and a nice area around the building, too. If you need office space, this is it!

During the Covid to current, the management had the cleaners stop taking out the garbage from each office, but still took out the bathroom garbage and cleaned the bathrooms. Often times, they were untouched, too. They don't clean or vacuum the offices (you have to do it yourself). The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything what other people in their offices are saying or doing. Once my company's lease is up, we're leaving.

We have been in the buildings for several years and find the staff and owner extremely helpful, supportive and caring. They are not simply landlords but have become partners in helping us grow our business. They have established an excellent business location for business focused individuals to the larger business. This is truly a jewel with a centralized Sacramento location and the capability to meet the needs of any business.

Public storage is very clean. One person in the office at a time. Very nice couple that works at the storage facility. They only have a few units left. But over all the empty units are clean and ready for you

A Community for Peace. EXTREMLY RUDE STAFF! are the majority here. I went there for domestic violence. I wouldn't recommend their legal services. They said they would help me with a place to stay and then drafted me a restraining order, that I was told in court had no evidence. I ended up in court alone and no safe place to go. The after effects have been hard to live through. Lots of talk and no follow through. They put me in more danger and risk by not explaining the entire process to me and what could happen to me if I followed through with that process. Completely irresponsible! NOTE: 3 OUT OF 5 PEOPLE WILL LOOSE OR ENDANGER THEIR LIVES BY SERVING A RESTRAINING ORDER! Be very certain you have a safe undisclosed location to stay at with a long term housing plan.
