This property is well managed and maintained. Staff is very friendly and professional. Work orders are filled really quickly and done right the first time. I just want to thank management for a wonderful experience since we have been here. We look forward to many more great experiences as we continue as residents. Thank you Charlie for your professionalism and for making sure the property is kept up and safe.

I love this apartment! The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and I highly recommend it to others. It’s easy to request maintenance for repairs—when I needed my garbage disposal fixed, they took care of it the very next day. Anytime I need help, they are always there. I also had an issue with my assigned parking, and they were able to resolve it quickly. Plus, I feel safe knowing there is security, and the staff is always available to assist with any concerns. I had to leave since I'm moving away, but this apartment is something I will truly miss!

Update – Almost One Year Later: I’m just a few days away from celebrating one year of living at Heather Downs Apartments, and everything I said in my original review still stands, if not more so. I truly love living here! This is a beautifully maintained apartment community with outstanding property management and maintenance service. Charlee, the Community Director, is professional, personable, and always keeps residents updated. She helps create a strong sense of community by organizing thoughtful events like a holiday canned food drive, a hot chocolate social, and a patio decorating contest. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I’ve only had a few small requests, and Dale, the maintenance supervisor, always resolves them quickly and correctly the first time. My apartment is incredibly

Management is very professional and kind. They were super helpful in assisting in in the application process in explaining and showing us how to do it. Everything was done in such a timely manner. The property is very nicely kept and we feel so safe here. This is a wonderful community. Everyone is so nice here. My husband and I love it. Heather Downs is a great place to live, but the community spa has been barricaded for far too long. I am elderly and previously relied on the spa for soothing my back pain.
