The Residence at Tullamore

Positives: Living there was lovely for the most part. Nice to have access to garage. Nice two bed, two bath place. Better than other apartment we've lived in. Girls at front desk very sweet and helpful. Good spot close to amenities, parks, and schools. Negatives: 1) mildew was prone to grow in the corners and in the windows. Not an airtight apartment. 2) The carpet was not installed properly and was fraying at the edges (like, staples would poke into your foot). When addressed about carpet issue, the office would send people to "stretch" the carpet... Which just meant cutting off the frayed ends, adding a couple more staples, and fraying again the next day. Lived here about 5 years ago and the apartments are way overpriced for what they are. The carpet was fraying and horrible, the walls are thin, and the floors are cheap. When we moved out we left that place spotless and they still took our damage deposit for “dents in the floor” that were from our couch resting there. If the floors are too weak to hold a couch then it’s “normal wear and tear”. So they’re completely dishonest, crooked, and steal your money. Don’t rent here

BEWARE OF FLOODING AND HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT It’s really unfortunate that I have to give this place a bad review because I love the apartment itself. It’s one of the only in this area that comes with Central AC/Heat and a garage all for a really good price and it’s one of the nicer places we’ve found. Unfortunately the higher up management has zero regard for their tenants and refuses to take care of them even when they are at fault for a building mistake. They missed a pipe during inspection of building this place and during the winter it froze (due to not being insulated correctly) and FLOODED our apartment. (This apparently happens a quite a few of their apartment complexes). We were given the option to move to a different unit that was smaller or move out while repairs were bei

My husband and I have lived in Residence at Tullamore for over a year. We have enjoyed our time here very much. We like our apartment and the neighborhood. We especially appreciate our little community building. We are over there almost everyday to use the gym. It is always clean and well cared for. In the summer we enjoy the patio area with the grills. In the winter we enjoy the fire pit, and the indoor-outdoor fireplace. It's just a comfortable, attractive place to spend time. I want to give special kudos to the maintenance staff. Those guys are amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and efficient. I hope they'll be here for a nice long time. 4 years later - I have now lived here almost 5 years and I have loved every minute of it. Parker, our manager is so easy to work

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost 2 years! This is our first apartment and let me tell you, SUPER nice, especially for your first apartment. I am not sure if the layouts are completely different for every apartment, but ours is HUGE. Sadly we don’t have a door that leads from our apartment from the garage, I believe only two beds have that. But our living room/dining area is very large so it is nice when we have company over. In the past couple years we have had a few maintenance men, but the current ones are awesome. They get what you need done as soon as they can, have never had to wait more than a couple days for them to come fix things. Super close to the gas station, Walmart, and the Tullamore Park.
