This is the review YOU need to read before moving here! Carpets are filthy, elevator are smelly and disgusting! Dogs occasionally use the bathroom in the elevator. The 3rd floor laundry room has been leaking for 2 years straight.( pictures added) They either cannot afford to fix it or do not care! One maintenance guy is on payroll the other does trash I guess He can’t fix things this apartment building has over 200 units. Floors never mopped the stairwell is so disgusting the barely clean in that area. Management is terrible! When you have horrible management of course you have terrible building. We all need to complain we pay rent here in these unlivable conditions. Updated Sep 17,2024 it is a large amount of mold growing on the floor and walls because of the continuous leaking of water

My loved one’s microwave went out on March 6, 2025. Today is April 10, 2025. They have yet to install a new one it despite my loved one being told the replacement had arrived weeks ago. This is standard for this building. Whether it’s an individual maintenance issue or a building-wide concern, there appears to be no sense of urgency or true regard for the tenants in the building. The elevator is out constantly. The trash is always backed up. There is trash in most common areas. I do not recommend.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment is not what the model is. The whole place is suppose to be gutted and replaced from Floor to ceiling, wall to wall inch to inch. Not only it’s suppose to be a renovated unit, al so having issues with plumbing / bugs. Staff is very irresponsible and have done nothing to accommodate the situation. Look else where to live. Pics bellow are some of the things still going on 3 months later. The issues are endless, it’s been a headache from since day one. No one deserves to come to their home and deal with irresponsibility such as.

Me and my husband came to apply for a unit and we were met by A leasing consultant Margareta with a very nasty attitude, she told me and my husband to come back when another agent was available for a tour I really would like to have moved here But we had to find another place immediately I would’ve gave this place five stars, but after the interaction we had with this agent I can only give one star

This place is the absolute worst now that I don’t live here anymore I can write my review on this disgusting place. Trash fills out all in the hallway, the laundry room was leaking water for 2 years mold formed I angrILY let Kathy Lewis Know and she threatened me because I didn’t have a lease, I was month to month at the time and said “why don’t you just move, you don’t even have a lease you really shouldn’t be complaining” she sent maintenance to paint over the mold. It’s so sad to see a used to be beautiful place go down because the property manager does not care anymore the carpet in the hallways are filthy it’s just overly disgusting and no one should live like this.
