The Reserve at Cimarron

Great community to live in. Great staff and good neighbors. The community facilities are great and we loved how pet friendly the place is. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Overall, The Reserve is a great place to call home. 1. Work orders: Most work orders, repairs, and replacements were all addressed timely and seriously. The only one that took time (2.5 years) regarded a cooling issue that is apparently due to the old HVAC units. It seems like these units are being retrofitted across the complex, case by case. 2. Safety and security has never been an issue while I was here and I always felt safe. They have adequate security, police, and first responders that live in the complex and some that address situations outside of business hours. While there are long periods where the gate doesn't work or when the fence was down after a large storm, I still did feel safe and I never saw any car break-ins. 3. Location: The area is growing with the addition of The Mix

Great 12 months until the front office completely screwed me after my lease and now I have a collection of $1800. When my regular rent was ($1050) Staff was nice until it was time to work with me to fix this issue.. on my end my email inbox was full & I was not aware that my email (non renewal letter) was not being sent out till a few days after due day they let me know they never recieved my letter... that's when I realized my email was never sent out due to full inbox... tried to tell them about the problem & was hoping since I was never late on a rent payment this issue might get resolved. I was wrong. they didn't care and were happy to charge me 1800 for another month. Would never recommend to anyone to live here.

‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ We lived there for almost 2 years untill we finally bought our home, we have a contract untill january 2024 which I understand . We didnt think our home buying journey was going to take less than one month , we finally closed off our house october 2023. I asked the ladys what was the process and if they could help us out, by us paying a fee for early termination too which they said NO, we have to pay FULL PRICE for 3 months which is about $1,500 including light or they gave us another option pay $1,070 to "publish apartment" and if someone rents it they take over and if they dont thats money we lost . Also when your looking to apply they will say "we have a long list of people wanting to rent" but when trying to move out and look for someone to rent they will say "we

since early 2019 I have been renting at The Reserve at Cimarron, first it was because it is close to my work; now after 3+ years I’d still be renting here even if my work changes to the other side of Town. The Admin staff is very friendly, they really listen and the maintenance guys are very nice too. I recommend living here to everyone 100%
