Sendero at Bentsen Palm

When we started the process, me and my husband would say "Sendero is too far" from our regular places. Now that we've been living here for 2 months, we love it. It's pretty calm, I like how we are so close to a park. It's too soon for us to decorate but I love seeing the houses all ready for Halloween! Anyways, my husband and I are satisfied with the service they provided. Shout out to Eve, for being trust worthy, professional and funny. We are very thankful for you and Edward for having hope on us in our home. I appreciate it! We are also thankful for the people who come do repairs. We understand that brand new houses are made by hand so things can happen so soon, but the outcome on fixing the repairs is beyond, very fast process. Overall 10/10 <3

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU THINK OF PURCHASING WITH ESPERANZA HOMES!!! We were first time homebuyers taking advantage of…. Everything looks and feels great at the beginning—after you sign that contract the service they provide almost becomes nonexistent. Now I understand a new house comes with a few issues but every month for more than a year… yeah right! Don’t believe half of the reviews! Their sales people create fake profiles to boost their ratings. Even now it’s been over a month since I’ve had anyone here.(our kitchen sink is being held up by a jack and a piece of wood and our toilet is leaking due to being on uneven tiles. Uneven tiles throughout the house) We’ve been here for a year and one month.

They’re very nice and attentive at first… We are first time homebuyers and felt like we got taken advantage of. Had a bad experience with the financial part at the beginning of it (extremely rude and would not respond in a timely manner) and the service after we purchased the home has been terrible to say the least. They make it seem like the issues are normal and not a big deal. They’ll do it the entire year and delay as much as possible so that way they don’t have to worry about it after the year is over.

Clary here at esperanza homes made first time home buying such a breeze! She was attentive, has great communication skills, and overall such a joy speaking too. She made buying a home a lot more friendlier and less scary. Thank you Clary and esperanza homes for such a great experience in buying my forever home! Definitely recommended this team to my family and friends.
