Rhodes Property Management is completely useless when it comes to addressing resident concerns. I reported a clear and documented problem — dogs repeatedly urinating and defecating on my lawn, killing the grass — and even provided photos. Over a week later, not a single reply, not even a basic acknowledgment. If they can’t handle something this simple, why trust them with anything more important? They ignore residents, fail to enforce rules, and show zero accountability. This is not “management” — it’s collecting fees and doing nothing in return. Avoid this company if you expect professionalism, follow-through, or even basic courtesy.

The most friendly and welcoming atmosphere of any roadhouse we have been to. They made us feel like they were happy to have us there and service us. Service was great as well as the food. Manager came to our table twice to ask about everything. We highly recommend. Also note they were very busy at that time. Thank you.

Clean, clean and clean. Landscaping is great and people are friendly here. Many activities to do. Fences around dog parks are safe. This is our second winter here and we’ll be back again.

We come to Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort as often as possible. Beautiful park across street from State Park and friendly, top knot has services and activities.

It was a very nice park. Great staff and lots of amenities. The campsite was well groomed and there was plenty of room for parking and company.
