Mission Terrace Apartments Phase I & II

Been here over five years - great community! Especially with the latest and newest management - walking into the office is now so welcoming and nice! …Would love to see the rose bushes revived though…and landscaping maintained throughout, but regardless, it’s a great apartment complex.

Rigo and paty we're so very helpful finding my glasses that I had lost for 2 days they hold on to it in office and make sure that it was taken care of until the proper owner (me) was able to come by and pick them up. Very honest trustworthy and reliable people good-hearted and humorous what is very well recommended these apartments as your next living establishment

Officially turned in my keys yesterday and Rigo the leasing agent was very helpful. Lived here for two years and enjoyed it. Thanks to Rigo for making our moving out experience great with no issues ☺️. 10/10 recommend these apartments.

My leasing agent Rigo was so awesome. He was so kind and sweet and walked me through the whole property and when I signed my contract he explained everything to me detail by detail. After living here for 2 years and officially moved out last month, I can truly say I loved the place! My neighbors were the best. Made my little family feel at home. Rigo and Cynthia, the new staff, have been amazing during our exit and helped resolve our final move out. Greatly recommend this place!
