St. Lucia At Bentsen Lakes

I've had a wonderful experience living at St. Lucia. The management team has been consistently helpful and responsive. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other places in the area, and you can tell they strive to provide quality living. What I appreciate most is their willingness to help and the way they treat residents with understand and compassion, which is rare nowadays. I'm extremely grateful for everything they've done and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place to call home.

Ive lived here since July and i highly recommend living here. The attention that the front office gives to the residents is extremely impressive, Lili and Hector have been amazing with us and they take care of every request i have. I do recommend these apartments especially because they have some renovations coming up with more amenities.

Best experience ever, Lili was absolutely awesome! Made the tour, application and move in super easy! Can’t wait to see what this year brings! The property and the apartment itself is just absolutely breathtaking. If you are interested in renting here I highly recommend it!

Santa Lucia apartments are an overall great place to live. The grounds are clean, it’s in a safe neighborhood, and the staff & residents are always friendly. I also would like to give a shoutout to Lily the apartment manager, and Jose the maintenance manager. They are very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and of course friendly. Lily & Jose actually care about the residents and are always a joy to talk to. Thank you guys!!!
