The Province (Dayton)

This is one of the most poorly managed and dirty places to live in the Dayton area. Management is not responsive to complaints from tenants and will consistently overlook glaring issues that need to be addressed. They charge each apartment 45 dollars for amenities that are disgusting and/or broken. The pool was only open for about 2 months in the summer due to ongoing “issues” that remained vague. As seen in the picture, it’s now green and a breeding ground for mosquitos and all sorts of bacteria/fungus. The gym is currently infested with black mold and staff made residents aware over two months ago, while continuing not to fix it and collecting our amenity fees still. Not to mention, the machines are all broken (included in the pictures) except for one treadmill and this has been the case

Living in Province Apartments has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. Our microwave has been out of order for over two months, and the washer has been out of order for more than 10 days — even after submitting several maintenance requests and emails. Still, nothing gets fixed. The maintenance team is practically invisible — they promise to “send someone soon,” but that day never comes. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve followed up with no results. The office staff is careless and unhelpful. They act polite at first, but once you move in, they simply ignore your complaints. They take rent right on time, but when it comes to fixing even small issues, they disappear like ghosts. This place advertises “modern living” and “luxury apartments,” but there’s nothing luxuriou

This apartment complex is absolutely criminal. It is a dangerous and expensive place to live with things breaking constantly. The parking lot alone is like mad max. They won’t fix broken appliances. When we got the keys to our apartment it was infested with black mold. The management says that’s how all the units are and refuses to address it. They don’t respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and if they do they won’t fully fix your problem. I haven’t had a working bathroom sink for the entire year I’ve lived here. 4 different maintenance people have “tried” and failed to fix the sink. The management and maintenance staff has frequent turnover (hence 4 different people trying) but the key is they are never staffed by competent people (perhaps it’s a requirement to work here). I

Would not recommend this place. My 2 daughters who are college students live there and have had all kinds of issues with maintenance not following through. Multiple phone calls and emails have been sent about simple things to be fixed and it takes months to even get anyone out to fix the problems.

Worst…. No maintenance for everything… roads.. infrastructure… iam seeing this roads since 3 years .. i spent 2k on my car repairs
