My husband and I have loved living here! There is so much green space that it kinda feels like you live in a park, and maintenance and staff have been super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I haven't lived here for a year just yet but honestly this is the best place to be. My kids love it here. The apartment I’m in is so spacious and clean. The maintenance team is very quick to respond and repair things. The front office ladies are absolutely amazing and so very helpful. The front office was very quick to respond and help a situation today for us and I couldn’t thank them enough. That in itself makes me feel very comfortable here and Charterwoods was the place to pick for myself and my children. I would recommend Charterwoods to anyone who is looking.

I am amazed by the way this apartment complex is ran. The complex is ran with the highest ethical, honest, and all around true professionals. My 1st experience ever living in an apartment and was so worried until I met "wonder woman" YES Cindy is a real life super hero and you just don't meet many like her. I truly appreciate all the ladies at the front office because they bring a standard of accountability that keeps this entire apartment complex clean, nice, and full of good respectful people. The apartment complex provides such a charming and truly a warm home feeling. Honestly I could have chosen any apartment complex but as soon as I met Cindy I knew it was the "right place". Even though it's not a fancy complex, it's real and down to earth. Being humble and kind keeps you grounded. I

I lived here for 2 years. Cindy, Wendy, and staff were exceptional. They really acted as pillars of the community. Thanks to them I was able to add a cat to my family and move in and out without a hassle. I've never found anything about the property unreasonable nor unpleasant. Repairs were made quickly and done well by the staff. Thank you for being so awesome, I hope the quality of the property persists beyond my tenancy.
