Colin has been an outstanding maintenance supervisor here at Brinley. Every time I’ve needed something, he’s been knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely patient. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, fixes things the right way, and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. You can tell he cares about the property and the residents, and he always follows up to make sure everything is working properly. His hard work and professionalism really make a difference in the community.

I’ve had several work orders completed by Colin, and every experience has been great. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to get the job done right. What stands out most is how patient and respectful he is he never rushes, listens to concerns, and explains everything clearly. It’s obvious he cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. The property is definitely better because of him and his dedication.

Colin’s the maintenance supervisor is a great team leader! He was super quick to get our AC working and very friendly and professional. This guy is a great asset to the company

Colin came over to attach the dryer and then did additional work once I pointed out water flowing from air. Colin was super friendly and very pleasant. He even removed a contraption filled with bees left from a prior resident. It’s a joy to know that I live here with such great staff.
