Redwood Fairborn

After living here for 15 months I felt compelled to give an updated, more accurate review. My move in experience was almost perfect other than the fact that you have to wait until an inconvenient time to pick up your keys on moving day. However, the staff that made it so great is not there any longer (Joe and Daniel). You do not get extra amenities for the price they charge, which increases every year, other than a pet washing station. The units are nice, open floor plans. You get more of a house feel than an apartment and a garage. That’s about where it ends. The paint is horrendous, flat paint on the walls that you can’t clean and scuffs extremely easily. I lived at Redwood Fairborn for 1 year. At the end of my lease, there was an inspection and the guy questioned when I got my dog. I had previously provided them with paperwork for the dog who is an emotional support animal and he quickly claimed that he saw that noted in my file. Shortly after the inspection, I got a bill for $785.40 for “all carpet/padding: replacement due to stains, tears, and/or odor”. I called their corporate office and was routed to the Fairborn office, which never returned my call about this charge. My dog didn’t go to the bathroom in the apartment and I made sure the carpets and the entire apartment were cleaned before I moved out. If you have pets and are considering Redwood, I would think twice about that decision.

There is so much I could say about the Team at Redwood. They all are the nicest people and so patient and kind to work with. You never seem to be a bother to them and are so willing to help you in any way they can. I already love living here.

These are very nice apartments with a feel of a private home. There are several options available. The tour I took was very informative. If I decide to go to an apartment, this is my number one choice.

Clyde was very helpful and gracious, assisted with all our needs. There was no question he didn't have answer for. He sat down and helped us especially with tech filling of forms. Quick and precise, always ready to meet our needs.
