Red Deer

I had a great experience living at Red Deer apartments. The managment was great. The staff were very helpful. Anytime I need it help, I will email them or call them and they will come right away and fix it. Is very a nice neighborhood and peaceful. I absolutely loved it there.

Beautiful location but a little too pricey for the age of the building/inside as well with no upgrades

We have the cleanest laundry room I seen in a complex. Management takes good care of our studio, they even replace your lights when they burn out.

I’ve been staying here for about 3 years now, and never want to leave. This place is absolutely amazing. Fantastic location so I’m not far from anything, the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is just completely friendly. The maintenance is fantastic as well, they get to you so fast, this place is just perfect in my opinion. And as for someone who moved out on their own, I highly suggest it no matter how much anxiety someone has about it, this it the place to go to.

I am changing my review of this place. I lived here for nearly 3 years and was always on time with my Rent. I was quiet, never caused any issues and kept my place clean inside and out. After giving my 30 day notice when I bought my house and left the apartment clean, I find out from a collection agency that the manager Tammy is charging me nearly 300 to replace sinks, cabinets and carpets that were in very poor shape when I moved in. Shame on you Tammy for trying to squeeze extra money out of your most reliable tenants Expect to pay over $700 for a studio and expect to hire a professional cleaning service if you move out of here. There are plenty of other similar apartments in this area of Fairborn. If you don't want a surprise bill when you decide to move out of here, stay out of here. Sh
