After living in this building for almost ten years, I can confidently say that moving out was the best decision we made. The building has serious maintenance issues — mold, poor upkeep, and broken equipment in the gym that rarely gets fixed. The rooftop pool is often closed, and when open, its cleanliness is questionable. We moved in when the property was first built, and things went downhill fast after it was sold following the second rooftop pool flood. Rent has been increased multiple times with little notice, leaving tenants no realistic time to relocate. Management communication is terrible. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, always with patience and a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness really made the difference.

DO YOUR RESEARCH & READ REVIEWS before you move in! I lived in the Place at Dania Beach for 2 years. Honestly, the current staff, especially Azadam, are extremely professional and respectful. However, the owners of the building only care about $$. They are currently trying to get 5 STAR reviews as you can see through Google, but they still need to work on it. Please find below some negative points you should be aware of: - Pool is always DIRTY. Yes, dirty! - Parking garage gets flooded every summer due to rain. - We just moved out on July 31st after living in the same apartment for 24 months and management refused to give us our deposit back. There’s many issues I could write on about this place but i’m going to put this one out here. I have lived here for over a year and a horrible problem them have is the FIRE ALARM will go off for 20 minutes in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. This is an issue that has been going on for the time I have been here and it has not gotten fixed. I don’t know if it is a malfunction or someone is smoking to set off this alarm but it has gotten super ridiculous and needs to be fixed asap. There is no reason to be waking up a whole building 2-3 times a month at 3 am on a weekday. I’m writing this at 5 am woken up from this ear deafening alarm AGAIN and losing sleep over this!!

I recently moved into The Place at Dania Beach, and Jennifer was incredible throughout the process. From the very first day, she welcomed me warmly and explained everything I needed to know.
