101 Dania Beach Apartments

The building is very beautiful, with a nice modern design. The manager, Marietta, is very friendly and customer-oriented. We’ve been living here for two months, and our apartment is great. The building is still in the final stages of completion, but the staff is working hard to finish everything as soon as possible.

this building is absolutely beautiful and new! The pool and gym area are great and all the amenities. At the leasing office Daniela was the absolute sweetest and most helpful ever! She helped me every step of the way from looking at apartments and choosing which one fit best to the application itself.
