Beach Walk at Sheridan

1 year here already and we love it. Brianna and meñissa are very attentive and any little issue the have solved it same day. Maintance staff isgreat too! We love how quiet it is and how close we are to the beach

I had a very pleasant conversation with the Assistant Property Manager, Brianna. She helped me understand the amenities of the property and the care the team at Beach Walk takes. Excellent service all around.

We live her for 1 year and just renewed our Lease. I can’t complaint at all. Whenever I call the office Melissa and Brianna are super friendly, professional and courteous. Any issues we’ve are corrected very quickly. Also the Maintenance staff is very friendly when you meet them in the complex. I understand that some people left some negative reviews but this is Florida! You’ll have flooded areas, and if you live by the water of course you have gnats or mosquitoes, again we live in Florida 😆 And the walk ways are cleaned up regularly in regards to the ducks. It’s quiet here and close to everything. I can only recommend Beachwalk Apt

Brianna was who I originally met to view the property and understand how things go. Was very professional kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t say how many times I needed to understand something even if just about their profession and role in the building and she was just there without tapping out or showing any signs of disregards and I’m sure she’s always busy. Truly grateful and highly recommended. Now I won’t leave Malissa out of this. She’s always happy to also help and professional with a lot of knowledge. The staff here is on standby and always shows up with their best attitude to help out or take care of something. Highly recommend the residence and the staff to deal with 10/10

I’ve been living at Beachwalk at Sheridan for about a year and I absolutely love it here. Melissa and her team work hard to make you feel at ease when deciding where your future home will be which is why I renewed. The community team does their part in creating a peaceful and well-maintained property even though some residents can be challenging. The office staff is always friendly and responsive whenever I need anything and go above and beyond to help if there are any issues outside of their responsibilities. Maintenance is quick and efficient too! The pool area is beautiful but living at beach walk is like living in paradise ESPECIALLY because you’re 6 mins from the beach! Best property I’ve ever lived in. I’ll be a loyal resident as long as Melissa and her team continue to be apart of
