John from A.J. Ryan Realty went above and beyond helping with the sale of my mother-in-law's home. The home was in "fixer-upper" condition which made the home more difficult to sell. Furthermore, after John found us a buyer, my mother-in-law passed away just a week before the scheduled closing. As a result of her passing, the home went into probate, which meant long probate court delays and John having to start from scratch to find another buyer for us, which he was able to quickly do once the probate case was opened. He is very detail oriented, kept us updated on everything that was happening and gave good advice when offers came in. He genuinely cares about his clients. I would definitely use him again!
