Florika, she is the best. I have been living at Courtyard of Broward for the past 10 years, and I am very happy living there. Florika, is always there for me when I need her help always willing to help never say no. Ronaldy he is just the best always willing to help. Courtyard of Broward is the best, I can't see myself leaving this place anytime soon..Need a place to live chose Courtyard of Broward, you will be so happy you did.

I don’t usually write reviews, but for this one I have to. Christine Fisher she is the administrative assistant at Wellington Office is awesome. She is very professional and really I like her work. She responded to every email I sent within a couple of hours. And she provided me with information I requested with explanation . Also she was very Polite and helpful on the phone when I called multiple times😊. Thank you guys for managing our properties. Actually I feel safe and protected having you. Thank you Christine

Wanted to leave a shoutout to Mariela, who manages the condos at 140 S. Dixie in Hollywood. She inherited quite a situation after the previous purge and I think she has done a commendable job with it. Always professional, polite and responsive. I feel that I am being listened to and not "yessed" to death or condescended to. I appreciate her people skills and follow-through. What she has undertaken really isn't a one-person job and yet she immediately got down to business and manages to stay on top of things. Thank you, Mariela!

Andrea and Nzinga have been absolutely amazing! They guided me through every step with patience and kindness, and always made sure I fully understood the process. Their help made a huge difference and I’m incredibly grateful. This team genuinely cares!
