When we first moved in, we noticed a musky smell but just assumed that it was the age of the building. Within a few weeks, we were told by the neighbors that the last tenants moved out because of a bat infestation.. we quickly realized the bats indeed were still living in the walls of our bedroom. It's hard to even pick a place to start with this property management group. We lived in one of their complexes for almost 3 years, and it was filled with horrors. Day 1 of move-in I showed up to find someone else living in my new apartment...no on site management to handle it. It look 3 hours for someone from CPM to show up who then proceeded to bag all of these poor people's belongings and throw it outside...which is illegal in the state of FL. The complex had a plumbing issue and caused sewage to back up into our toilet and tub. Find photos attached with how they left our apartment for 48 hours and no help putting us up somewhere for a night, we had to pay that ourselves even though the apartment was uninhabitable. Great property management company. We got rejected for our first application due to not having the proper budget, but we were able to speak with a representative and we found a property that better suited our needs. Beautiful 1 bed, 1 bath, that allows pets! Maintenance is very quick to repair whatever might be wrong. There was a window that was installed poorly and could not open. When I explained how it is not up to code, They replaced it within a few days! Me and my partner are happy to be moving in. Thank you Erika from customer support for getting back to us quickly and being super friendly and cooperative.

I submitted a maintenance request for a leaking sink, and Jorge Vivas came out the very next day. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain that a new sink would be needed. He assured me he’d return the following day—and true to his word, he did. Jorge completed the repair quickly and beautifully. His work was efficient, thorough, and done with great care.
