The Oaks at Silver Ridge

These ppl are horrible..the gotcha towing ppl forced my disabled daughter out of our car under the instructions of the lady at the office so they can tow our car. They threatened her n I had to make then ppl leave my daughter alone because the tags are inspired..the property is dirty..there is grease outside the door..roaches crawling everywhere...trash in the hall and it smell like pee...ppl will walk in your house unannounced while you naked 2x now..didn't knock or nothing..I feel unsafe here...the maintenance man is the nicest person who works here ..the lady in the office act like she is better then someone n has has harsh words with my disabled son who is very autistic n she even got mad coz he peed though his pullup while we was waiting n the seat was wet...there is a certain amount

This place is absolutely horrible some of the apartments are infected with roaches tell me why I was packing my stuff up to move and a expensive handbag was full of roaches I'm glad I opened it before I packed it away and I mean there was hundreds in their Don't put any decor on the walls if you move here because the roaches will hide behind it and you will be surprised when you take it down The roaches had ruined a deep freezer we brought with us our apartment is clean yet the office tried blaming us for the roaches they never want to take responsibility for anything Guys yes it might be cheap to live here but that's not worth dealing with bugs And don't get me started on food you can't turn away from your plate for a second because you might just find a big on your plate crawling all ove

It hasn't been a year only 5 months living here and I hate living here they have roaches and you can't even park your car outside because you can wakeup the next morning and your car will be gone because the office called the tow truck on you why the hell will you call the tow truck on the people THAT ARE GIVING YOU MONEY EVERY MONTH also I never see people moving in mostly moving out also be careful if you walk around the neighborhood there could be strange men watching you the office people walk around your house to make sure it's clean almost every month this is a invasion of privacy it's also a fire because you need a key to get in the building what if theres a emergency this is ridiculous don't move here if you want peace UPDATE : IT is February 11th 2025 These places got roaches and

It seems that they are attempting to force Tenants out after saying that they could wait to pay till April. Ridiculous during a pandemic.
