If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Update on my previous review down below: this place is a joke. It took them 5 months to get my mother in laws apartment fixed. If you do rent from here which I highly suggest you don’t make sure anything Kayla tells you, you get it in writing she will go back on her word. She told my mother in law she would prorate her rent for a week since they were pretty much kicked out for a week. When my mother in law went to go pay her rent today she went back on her word and made her pay the full months rent… seriously KAYLA NEEDS TO GO!!!! She is turning that place into a dictatorship. Making up all these different rules that were never in the lease to begin with. Don’t rent from here, the place is covered in trash constantly, the property manager Kayla

Worst experience ever! And I’ve lived all over the world! Living in a conex box in Qatar was a step up. The manager is rude and disrespectful and likes to sneak around the property peeking through windows at all hours. There is trash everywhere and cluttered carports. Wasps nests as they don’t bother to spray for anything. But that certainly doesn’t stop them from continuing to raise the rent! Please don’t rent from here if you want a peaceful environment.

I mean I like how I have my own room but the rules are just so strict! You can't have a sheet covering the blinds! And the manager peeks through the windows and that's just creepy! Don't move here!

My daughter, her husband and 4 of my grandchildren moved into a unit there. They are really nice places. We had a wonderful Christmas day at their new home.

Whatever you do do not move here you will regret it the manager literally stalks you and tries to get you kicked out for sidewalk chalk all the neighborhood kids do she is literally socked me to the point that I had to do threaten to get a no contact order and is now taking me to court even though I just passed my housing inspections down to the last loose door knob she is unreasonable irrational completely unprofessional and literally the worst manager I've ever dealt with in my life and I have no evictions in 15 years of good rental history six of them being here never had any issues until she got here I have two kids single mom just trying to live my life and now she's threatening that just for fun if you have children and need a safe place to live go somewhere else this is not it it is
