Overlander

Lived here a little over a year. We are the first people in this newly renovated apartment. Got locked out on our balcony on our first day. Outlets are really loose, as they don't hold the plug firmly. Super thin paint. Just your nails is enough to make scratch marks. Barely any cabinet space. No silverware drawer. Taking for the carpet is in the wrong spot, so you're stepping on what feels like nails. One tub had to be resurfaced so we had to leave our apartment shortly after moving in. Window in the living room has an actual breeze coming through as well as a drafty front door. Hot water doesn't last more than 15 min. So you can't do any "everything" shower. Not very helpful when we were in times of struggle.

I had a tour with Kimber last week, we looked at a one bedroom home, super cute, and Kimber was great. Very personable, very confident in making sure I had an apartment that met my needs. I appreciated her time and genuine interest in my needs. I’m hoping to move by June!

My husband and I have lived here over a year and just resigned our lease, it's been a wonderful experience. The management is great with helping us out and very personable. Especially their Maintenance guys one, specially Dorian (Dori) he's been wonderful very personable when coming in to help with repairs. He's a wonderful employee and person and does really great.

Update - Dorian with maintenance is top notch in getting to things quickly! If more time is needed, he is excellent about communicating next steps! He is professional, kind, and respectful. I have lived here for 5 years now and think it is absolutely fantastic! The team goes above and beyond to make it an enjoyable place to stay. I also feel safe in this complex. Maintenance is also top notch in getting things done!

Perfect location, quiet, clean complex. We have really enjoyed living at Capitol Heights. It's literally minutes from everywhere I need to go. The office manager and grounds keepers are friendly and promptly reply to any question or need. All repairs are completed quickly and completely. This year alone the buildings have been power washed, car port roofs cleaned off, chimney & dryer vents cleaned, outside doors painted. Feels good to be living in a place that is well maintained.
