We just completed a 10 week project with Doyle Construction and the outcome was excellent. On time and at the agreed price. This project was to fix a plumbing issue and renovate two bathrooms in an older home. Several more issues were found and fixed. This work touched on every area of residential construction. Every team who came out was courteous and competent. Doyle Construction is easily the best contractor I’ve hired.

We genuinely enjoyed working with Doyle Construction. Daniel and his entire team were very easy to work with. Communication was top-notch. Daniel and all of his employees were very easy to get hold of anytime we had questions. His crew truly cared about the work they did. They were very respectful when they were in our home, and did an excellent job keeping us apprised of the work schedule or any changes that popped up unexpectedly. Daniel was open to ideas if we wanted to make minor changes to our original plan during the renovation. He was flexible, thorough, and honest. Best of all, they came in on budget. Doyle just finished a custom house build for us, and we feel so lucky to have been able to work with them. Throughout the process they have been so easy to communicate with, trustworthy, responsive, clear, transparent, and excellent at what they do. We brought plenty of special requests their way and they were always ready to work with us to make it happen. Daniel, Daimon, Shawn, Aaron, Al, and all their subcontractors were amazing. Over the years, we have done a lot of remodeling on our existing houses, working with contractors of all trades. This time we were building a house from scratch, and looked for a contractor who could do the work from start to finish. In our experience, Doyle construction was the perfect fit. They are extremely knowlegable, amazing with which to work, have a breadth of excellent subs and an entire network of skilled professionals to recommend for the non-construction (but essential) aspects of building. We wanted to be actively involved throughout the process, and Doyle construction was agreeable to working with us, answering questions, giving guidance, and effectively collaborating to get exactly what we wanted. With this company, you will be in good hands!

We found Dolye Construction (Daniel) through an interior design firm. Per the designer, his bid was what was expected by market prices. We had a small bathroom redesigned and Daniel made sure we were all on the same page by reviewing the plans directly with us on site and helping us navigate the unexpected (eg the tub we chose was out of stock, etc). The plan's overseer was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated on the timeline for different parts of the project. The actual work done was of very good quality. We are super happy with the end result and I look forward to working with Daniel and his team again when we redo a bigger portion of the house. It was refreshing and great to work with a group of people that take pride in their work and want to do a good job.
