Montair at Somerset Hill

The worst rental experience of my life. For the past 2 years my family and I have been terrorized by the neighbors upstairs and their hyper-aggressive pit bull. This place advertises "luxury" apartments, and the fairly high rent would have you think they are. But they are now 35 years old and poorly built with low ceilings, poorly installed vinyl plank flooring and pretty much no insulation at all between floors. You can literally hear people walking and talking above and below you. Loudest place I ever lived. Most residents would make at least some effort to be considerate in such circumstances. I have lived at Montair for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love this community. Michelle, the property manager has went above and beyond for my family in more ways then I can explain. The property is well maintained, management is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The community is quiet, convenient, and feels like home.
