The Villas at Kennedy Creek Apartments

I stayed here for maybe 2 or more years. I must say that management are responsive, kind, and polite. Maintenance was fast and respectful of my apartment. The apartment itself was plenty spacious for me and my wife. What I love about this place is the garage. It's pretty large and had enough space where I can work on my cars and not feel cramped. If my job wasn't so far, I'd extend my lease. Let's not forget that you could walk to Costco or surrounding stores. There's also a lake about 15 min drive where you can go fishing, paddle boarding, etc. This place is very convenient and we loved living here. I highly recommend.

This has been a wonderful place to live. Great management, all apartments include garages and our apartment is beautiful. I highly recommend the Villas.

I have lived at the villas for almost 8 years now and I can confidently say we have the best management and maintenance team now, than we have ever had in the past. I was reading some of the reviews and I want to say a few things. First, Mari Luna, girl we were neighbors and the only thing aggressive management ever did toward your kid was make sure he always had a balloon or ice pop, so stop. Also, that golf cart you claim maintenance drives too fast, can’t even reach 7MPH LOL! You’re mad because you probably got charged for all that trash I saw them hauling from your apartment. Eli May, my friend lives over by you, your kids tried to burn the place down this past summer, so I don’t think management has ever been defensive or aggressive I think your children are the problem and you don’t

my neighbors are non stop playing with their jazz band till 10:00 but overall a nice location. its the apartment right across P202 its to the left from the front door. also Perfecto is a problem.

Moved in with my boyfriend 6 months ago. This is probably one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The walkways are taken care of regularly, the community is friendly and respectful. The pool and hot tub are taken care of. There are community events to help us know our neighbors. The maintenance guy is ON TOP of repairs, repairs usually same or next day. The office is decorated for Holidays. Thank you for making this community feel like home.
