Crossroads on Crosby Luxury apartment homes

My partner and I moved from California and lived here for almost two years. We both enjoyed our space and the complex, and overall it was a great place to get our footing in a new area. The apartment manager was very responsive and respectful when we did have questions/concerns, and made great efforts to create a pleasant community vibe.

I moved 1,000 miles from California without any friends or family and wanted to make this place home. I came up with my two weiner dogs and my 5 year old son. We were used to apartment life, and wanted a place to get our feet under us. The apartment was lovely, but we were evicted after the first weekend. I have lived in apartments for the last 10 years, and never had a complaint before moving here. The Good: Jess in the office, and the maintenance team are amazing. I had a view on the lower building in a corner unit, so it was relatively private with an AMAZING view. We never had issues with parking. Most of the neighbors were great. This place is seriously such a gem! ✨ The ownership is amazing and you can tell they genuinely care. The community vibe is the best — everyone is so friendly and always greets each other! They do donuts every Friday (yes, every Friday 🍩), and host the cutest holiday events like Thanksgiving dinners, Spring Brunches, and even Toys for Tots during the holidays. The seasonal decorations always make everything feel festive and fun 🎃🎄🌸. Plus, there’s an off-leash dog park, EV chargers, and more! It’s a quiet, gated community that just feels so warm and welcoming. 💕

With Taylor at the helm, any concerns were promptly addressed, making us feel truly valued as residents Moreover, Arthur and Jason, the maintenance team, were absolute gems. Their expertise in keeping the premises in top-notch condition was matched only by their kindness and friendliness. If you are looking for an apartment in Tumwater, Crossroads on Crosby is by far the best of the best. Management is friendly, caring & responsive. Maintenance issues are always addressed same day if not within a day or two. They do resident events, make newsletters every month and go out of their way to get donuts EVERY Friday! I highly recommend touring and meeting the staff to see for yourself. Everyone's experience is different, but mine and the majority of my neighbors agree that Crossroads exceeds expectations for apartment living.
